The Malaysian government are in the move in transforming the nation into a fully develop country in the year 2020 and tonnes of initiative has been launch in order to generate first class mind generation, without diminishing the moral value and integrity of Malaysian heritage, which is truly Asia identity and courtesy. One of the element in the Government Transformation Program (GTP) is Assuring Quality Education and under this element, they are concentrating on improving student outcome. Whether it is focus on academically or curriculum matter, we can see how serious the government future plan in producing the multitasking and stronger generation with a critical mind base.

Therefore, the government has encourage all the ministry the participate in making this plan successful. As a responsible spokesperson for the government, The Ministry of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM) or previously known as Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture (KPKK) has launch a lot of campaign and program in order to support government's idea and encourage all citizens to take part in enhancing the national transformation program.

One of the program that was LIGA REMAJA KREATIF 2013, which has been organized together by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM), Ministry of Communication and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM), Department of Broadcasting Malaysia (RTM) and the National Film Development Corporation (FINAS), and its open to secondary school student with the theme of broadband with a message "KLIK DENGAN BIJAK". The objective of this program is:

i) To foster interest and creativity in the development of content

ii) To educate teenagers about basic skills in storytelling and production equipment; and

iii) To ignite the excitement among young Malaysians on the potential and opportunities in the content industry.
